She has redness on her back, can't sleep, is restless, running around the house, and having spasms. She is breathing heavily and seems highly uncomfortable. What can I do to help her calm down and sleep while the vet is closed?

She is 20 months old, weighs 75 pounds, and was eating grass and wood chips mixed with white pellets on Friday. She hasn't vomited since then, but I've been giving her flavia for loose stool. The soonest she can be seen by a vet is August 10th. What should I do in the meantime?
