Our dog had an allergic reaction and was hospitalized. She had a heart stoppage and stopped breathing, and now has a trach tube and pneumonia. She is showing small improvements but we're scared for her. Is there anything we can do to help her recover mentally and physically?

My pet dog is acting lethargic and has been scratching her upper neck area, causing a 1/2" lengthwise wound. There is also some white stuff on her left ear tip, which has been cleaned and treated with a topical skin lotion. What topical medicine can be used to help her heal the scratched area, and what other steps should be taken to address the underlying cause of her scratching?
