My dog has bilious vomiting syndrome, and more frequent feedings helped initially, but she is now vomiting again around 5-6 hours after her snack. I am considering taking her to the vet, but do you have any suggestions for over-the-counter remedies to calm her stomach or slow the motility for the emptying of her stomach?

I have an 8-year-old American Eskimo/Shih Tzu cross rescue dog who has been with me since he was approximately 2 years old. He supposedly was neutered before I got him, but when he gets excited or aggravated, two hard small balls form and his penis becomes very hard. He is also very aggressive towards big dogs. Does my dog need to be re-de-sexed?
