My terrier just started eating dirt and mud, and then she throws it up, which has a poop smell. Should I be worried?

I have a 13 1/2 year old Boxer/Chow mix female who has been suspected of having Cushing's disease (increased urination, increased water intake, lethargy, painful movement) and is also showing signs of renal insufficiency leading towards renal failure based on her labs. She is currently being treated for a bladder infection with antibiotics. What kind of diet would be good for her?

My 8-year-old Schnauzer has bloody diarrhea and vomiting. What can I do to help her?

For the last 2 months, our 7-year-old neutered male Schnauzer has been eliminating one or two small pieces of feces while sleeping or laying down. This has never happened in the past but now happens about 50% of nights and sometimes during the day, in his bed or wherever he happens to be sleeping. He is in good health, has not had a change in diet, and his bowel habits when we walk him or put him out in the yard to do his business have been normal. What could be causing this?
