My dog has had runny poop all day. We feed him people food, and he had a lot of rotisserie leftovers and a cone of ice cream last night, which have never bothered him before. I'm hoping it's the food, but I'm worried it might be parvo. He just drank water, but I'm not sure if he drank at all today. Please advise.

My 10-year-old, 16-pound Chihuahua named Gizzy has a collapsed trachea. When it flares up, he makes a honking sound like a goose. He has been treated with cough tablets, prednisone, and theophylline since 2018. He is currently having a flare-up and has been honking for 6 days. What else, besides surgery, can help him?
