My dog has idiopathic epilepsy and is currently experiencing cluster seizures. He is on maintenance Keppra ER 1500 MG every 12 hours. There is no emergency vet available, and I want to know if I can give him Ativan or an extra dose of Keppra ER to manage the seizures until I can get him to the vet in 4 hours. He is an Anatolian Shepherd, 3 years old.
