We received a 3-6 week old labrador/husky mix puppy who has been vomiting and showing no interest in food. He vomited human food and bile, is sleepy, and has had blood coming from his rear. We live in a remote area with no permanent vets. What could be wrong and what should we do?

I have a 10-month-old English bulldog with two lumps on his back that seem to be swollen muscles. He was running around earlier and showed no signs of injury.
