My dog, Lido, has been vomiting throughout the night after possibly ingesting items from the bottom of a purse, including a press-on nail and possibly ibuprofen. He has vomited foamy and brownish liquid, and now he is unable to keep food down. He seems unconcerned and still has an appetite, but I'm worried about potential blockages or toxins. What should I do?
