My 2 miniature Dachshunds may have eaten a very small amount of rat poison called chlorophacinone. One weighs 20 lbs and the other approximately 12 lbs, both are middle-aged. I gave them a bowl of milk to counteract the poison. Will they be okay?

My dog vomited once at 3am this morning almost 19hrs ago. But since then is super lethargic and has a slow heart rate. But he still has an appetite. And will play a little if engaged. What could be wrong?

I have a 9-week-old chocolate lab with an ear infection. The vet prescribed Otomax, which seemed to worsen the condition with bumps and discharge. The vet then switched to Posatex and Cefpodoxime, but the ears still look the same. Will it take time for the treatment to work, and should I be cleaning the ears with a solution like Epi-Otic or Oticalm?
