My Brittany ate my lab's Comfortis in addition to her own. The lab takes 1620mg and we give a half a tab to the Brittany who weighs 34 pounds. So she got 2430mg. That was at 9AM California time. My dog was seen by a vet earlier this week for severe vomiting. Full chem panel and CBC as well as abdominal X-ray were normal. Today she has urinated several times in our home, with pools followed by a lot of dribbling in between. She is panting and shaking heavily and cries when bumped a certain way or when attempting to pick her up. I'm concerned she may have a UTI, but not sure what classifies an emergency to contact a local vet.
