Our dachshund hurt her back and went a week taking meds (tramadol, muscle relaxer, anti-inflammatory). Her back is improving, but her kidneys went haywire, and she has lost her appetite. We have had IV fluids twice and are using kidney-friendly dog food, but she won't eat. Is there anything else we can do?

My dog, Farley, has diarrhea and his ears are warm to the touch. He is up to date on his shots but due in a month. He also has a 6 cm tumor in his chest that he's been managing well. I've been treating him with mussel powder and Devil's claw for the tumor. He's still drinking and eating, but he pooped again about 2 hours after dinner. How long has this diarrhea been going on, and could it be related to him swimming in the river and drinking water on Friday and Saturday?
