My 70-pound dog received a tablet of Ace (acepromazine), 75 mg of trazadone, 300 mg of Gabapentin, and a couple of 100 mg vetprofen, which she never had before in her 8 years of life. Last night, she seemed heavily sedated. When will these medications wear off, and should I be concerned?

My dog Nanna is about 2 to 3 weeks before giving birth. I noticed her underarm nipples are sunken in and filled with thick white material. I tried to clean them but couldn't get all the material out. Could it be thrush, and should I take her to the vet now or wait until her next scheduled check-up?
