My dog is vomiting clear liquid with a little bit of foam, has not eaten in three days, and was lethargic but has perked up. He has no diarrhea, no blood in vomit, and no odor. He drinks water but hasn't eaten. No new food introduced, but my parents fertilized the grass four days ago. Could he have poisoning?

My dog, Cabby, has had diarrhea for 2 days and is having a hard time walking. She holds her back hind foot up and has seen two vets who induced vomiting after she ate some ibuprofen. My 9-week-old puppy, Ruger, started groaning and seemed restless about 30 minutes after eating his lunch. The only new thing he had was a Nylabone brand edible bone. He has had both a bowel movement and urinated since showing these symptoms. Now he's shivering and feels warm to the touch. His gums are pink and warm, only slightly moist.
