My dog is vomiting. The vomit looks like a mix of liquidy and foamy, with possible food in it. I'm not sure if the dog ate anything unusual. The dog's name is Felfel, and he is 2 years old. Is there anything else the Vet should know before I connect you?

My 5-year-old purebred boxer, Huxley, suddenly experienced stiff back legs, loss of balance, and collapsed. He was not breathing and foaming at the mouth but revived after CPR. He has since vomited and is acting normally but panting more than usual. He has had another worse episode with similar symptoms. What could be causing this, and what can we do until we can see a vet?
