My dog, Joy, a 5-year-old Pomeranian, is throwing up white foam and making a weird cough before vomiting. She has vomited multiple times since 7 am today and swallows the vomit back down. She last ate at 7 pm yesterday and seems excited about food but hasn't been given any today. She is currently trying to nap but keeps belching and making sounds to throw up. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a new puppy named Poli, who weighs about 3 lbs and has a bad worm problem. I couldn't find deworming medicine suitable for her weight, and the closest I found was for 6 lbs. Is it possible to split the dose? Additionally, she has bloody stool along with the worms, and I got her from a flea market, so I'm not sure if she has any other issues.
