My dog, Rona, a year and a few months old bluetick coonhound, has been vomiting and experiencing diarrhea since 5am. She vomited after eating kibble and is now tired but alert when she hears sounds. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My puppy, Milly, is vomiting yellow liquid, not eating, not drinking water, has lost a lot of weight, and seems more tired and in pain than usual. She has also had diarrhea with red things in it and part of it was watery. I found a piece of grass in her mouth earlier, and last night was her first night sleeping in rainy weather since we brought her home 6 days ago. What should I do?

My 11-month-old puppy, Rascal, has had diarrhea for about 10 days, eats and drinks very little, and is getting skinnier. His weight was 9.9 lbs on June 5th, 2021. His mother is a deer Chihuahua, and his father is a mixed Dachshund & Chihuahua. I noticed bits of blood in the diarrhea a couple of times. What could be causing this and what should I do?
