My nearly 3-year-old spayed dog is apparently leaking a very tiny amount of urine, only in certain positions, with no continuity. She is very normal in all other aspects, including eating, drinking, urinating, and expelling. The only difference is that our 7-year-old intact male Alaskan Malamute is constantly trying to get on top of her and smelling her butt and where she urinates. What could be the issue, and should I be worried?

My 3-year-old Labradoodle gets extremely anxious during storms, barking and chasing the rain. I've tried Benadryl but it doesn't work. What sedative would you suggest for a healthy, energetic 60-pound dog?

I have a 7-year-old Westie named Jack who has had recurring skin issues, including cysts, staph infections, ear infections, and yeast infections. He was treated with antibiotics, prednisone, and medicated baths, but the issues keep returning. Recently, a cyst on his neck grew rapidly and ruptured, leading to surgical intervention. Jack is now receiving weekly injections for staph and ongoing low-dose antibiotics. The vets suggest it might be allergies, but testing is uncertain. What could be causing these persistent issues, and what treatments have been successful in similar cases?

I have an English Springer mix with Beagle (we think). In the past year, he has had difficulty with what we think is allergies—sneezing, coughing, gagging; also has had trouble when eating—coughs like it gets stuck. We're thinking it is two different problems. Our vet has done testing/xrays of stomach, lungs, and throat and says there doesn't seem to be anything wrong. He has spent so much time coughing—coughs up foamy-looking saliva (clear color—not yellowish or green), sneezing, etc.—doctor has prescribed various medicines—never seemed to do the trick entirely. We have changed foods as they have suggested. We have spent over a thousand dollars with vet appts and testing—all to no avail and it is getting difficult financially. (When he's not coughing, gagging, and sneezing, he seems perfectly healthy and happy and playful. He's 8 years old. Now we notice he is beginning to lose small clumps of hair...HELP\\r<br/>FORGOT to mention—cough /gags when drinking water, too!!)
