My dog Simon has been walking well all week but suddenly stopped moving forward in hot weather, even after trying to let him cool down. Additionally, I'm concerned about his nail wear and tear, especially since some nails are showing pinkish areas, which I believe is hitting the quick. Is this normal, and should I be concerned about his gait and nail health?

I have some Endosorb tablets left from my previous 93 pound dog and need to know if I can give a small piece of those pills to Mac. There are no milligrams noted on the bottle. What should I do to help Mac with his diarrhea?

I have a 160-pound Mastiff named Trigger who is usually very playful and outgoing, but since returning from a week-long stay at a dog sitter's during our vacation, he has been lethargic, not playing, and mostly sleeping. He is eating less than usual but has normal bowel movements and no vomiting. He has some scabs on his ear and had two ticks removed. Should I take him to the vet?

My niece's dog, Boudan, was given Metacam after having teeth cleaned. However, he experienced confusion, dilated pupils, and loss of mobility in his back legs a few hours after a dose. Could these symptoms be side effects of Metacam or anesthesia, or possibly related to tooth extraction with a potential infection? He is now slowly regaining mobility and is taking gabapentin.
