My dog, Kim, a 12-year-old 10lb dog, might have ingested a larger dose of her nighttime medicine, Gabapentin/Trazodone. She initially refused the medicine mixed with peanut butter (PB), and after thinking she hadn't taken any, we tried again and gave her a full dose. Now, she's shaking, disoriented, and her nose is dry. We're concerned she might have ingested some with the PB and now has too much medication. What should we do?

I have a 13-year-old female service dog named Cuddles who has been having difficulty peeing and has lost her appetite. She strains to pee and sometimes wobbles when she gets up. I've been giving her Hills Prescription Diet canned food and water through a syringe. She had blood work done, which came back good, and x-rays showed no stones or blockages. However, she still strains to pee and has not been eating. What should I do?
