My dog Kona is having diarrhea with red blood in it. She had a bad case of diarrhea about 2 weeks ago and went to the vet. She got antibiotics, a bland diet, and her fecal sample came back normal, but now the diarrhea is back. What should we do?

Our 10-year-old dog has been sick for the past week, starting with symptoms resembling menstrual issues (swollen genitalia, bleeding), progressing to weakness and difficulty walking. She has had poor food intake, is weak, and unable to keep anything down. She had small loose stool yesterday and only urinated five times today. Is there anything we can do to help her until she can be seen by a veterinarian tomorrow?
