My dog, Kosmo, has been obsessively biting at his paws and legs for about a week, causing bleeding and swelling. I've been cleaning and treating the wounds, but he doesn't seem to be improving. He's also had recent lifestyle changes, such as less exercise and attention. Could these changes be related to his behavior, and should I treat this at home or consider antibiotics or a vet visit?
