Is frog food poisonous to dogs?

My dog has one eye that he's scratching and keeps rolling back in his head. The eye is slightly swollen and only this eye is intermittently rolling to the right and up. The dog hasn't eaten for 1.5 days, but the scratching and eye rolling just started a few hours ago. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 9-year-old female yellow lab has experienced facial swelling on her right side, causing her eye to partially swell shut. I noticed a broken off rear tooth with a black spot on it. Her gums are pink and smooth, with no indication of infection. She does not show any mouth pain and does not favor the other side of her mouth when chewing. Her breath smells the same as always. I took her to the vet 2 weeks ago and she was prescribed an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory. The swelling went down quickly until I ran out of meds, so I am taking her back in tomorrow. The lump appears to be hard and not soft or spongy. Could it be an abscess tooth, and what is the treatment for it?

Is there anything I can do to treat cluster fits in my dog? She has had 4 fits in the last 3 hours, 3 of which were in the last hour. She had Diazepam 10mg on the 2nd fit. Other fits have been less severe. She had 3.5ml Epiphen this morning and 5ml this evening. This happened 4 weeks ago, and my vet charged me £275 for a night-time appointment, and I simply don't have the money to take her.

My 2-year-old Cocker Spaniel won't eat dog food and is very picky, only eating hot dogs or chicken. She loves snacks but I don't want her eating just snacks. What can I do? Also, is the yams wrapped with chicken bad for her as a snack?
