My Rottweiler puppy, Yogi, drank some soapy water. He's 5 months old, about 50 pounds, and we don't think he ingested much. He's been a little slower, had some foam around his mouth, but ate his dinner and rinsed his mouth. He hasn't vomited. What should I do to ensure he's okay?

My dog, Lily, a 6-year-old Shih-Tzu, has been vomiting and having diarrhea for 2 days, even after trying a bland diet of boiled chicken breast and white rice. She vomits after eating and sometimes even when she doesn't eat, about 3 times a day. There is no blood in her vomit or stools, and she seems otherwise normal, playing around and drinking water. Could she have eaten something unusual, like avocado, that might be causing this? Should I take her to the vet?
