My dog, Lola, a 3-year-old 70 lbs Lab Shepherd, has a red ear and diarrhea for the first time since I've had her. She's been shaking her head and I can see where she's been scratching inside her ear. I also have pink eye and a fever. What could be causing her symptoms and what can I do to help her?

My dog ate part of a leather dog toy and I'm worried he could get an obstruction. He ate about 4 inches of the toy and weighs 115lbs. It happened about 2 hours ago and he hasn't thrown up. His name is Riot and he's 1 year old. He has no health issues and is an XL American Bully.
