Recently, she suddenly lost control of her tongue, making it difficult to drink, lick, and swallow, though she can chew food. She vomits shortly after eating, including her medication, causing muscle spasms and incontinence. Her temperature is 102.4°F, and glucose is 104. I administered 200 ml of subcutaneous saline as she couldn't keep water down. What could be causing this and what should be done?
