My dog, Lola, a 7-year-old 15-pound dog, has been pooping blood intermittently for about a week. She doesn't seem more thirsty than normal, hasn't eaten anything unusual, and often eats grass. She is not showing signs of dehydration, diarrhea, or vomiting. What could be causing this and what should I do?
