My dog, Lola, a 9-pound Havanese, ate 5 pieces of milk chocolate with peanuts about 5 hours ago. She has not vomited and is currently panting, drinking a lot of water, and her heart is beating a little faster. What should I do, and are there any signs I should look out for that would indicate I should take her to see a vet?

I have a 2-year-old dog named Lily. She has always had 3 pure pink paws and one paw that was pink and black. Recently, some of the previously pure pink paws have developed black spots. Additionally, I've noticed tear stains and stains around her mouth, possibly from saliva, since moving to a tropical country. I'm also concerned about possible hair loss around her mouth. Should I be concerned about these issues, and is it necessary to visit a vet?
