My dog, Louie, has been licking and chewing his paws for a day or so, similar to what happened last year around this time. He has no rash, but I'm concerned about him licking too much and causing damage to his paws. Is it safe to give him Zyrtec, and what other treatments can help with his seasonal allergies?
