Yesterday my dog got into something and was throwing up and had diarrhea. I gave him activated charcoal, but today he is lethargic, has only drunk a little water, and hasn't eaten or pooped. He also didn't show much interest during our walk. Should I be concerned, and should I feed him?

My 7-year-old German Shepherd, Cheyenne, has spinal stenosis and is currently on Gabapentin for pain in her hips, legs, and tail, which has been causing hot spots. I've been using Gabapentin for 3 months and am wondering if CBD oil could be used instead for pain relief, and how to safely transition off Gabapentin. Additionally, Cheyenne has been experiencing eyesight problems since starting Gabapentin, and I'm curious if this is a side effect of the medication.
