My dog, Millie, had surgery yesterday and was prescribed 75 mg of Rimadyl every 24 hours along with other medications. I mistakenly gave her a second Rimadyl 12 hours later instead of 24. She weighs 40 to 44 lbs and is 7 to 8 years old. What should I do now, and will this affect her other medications (Clindamycin 300 mg and Tramadol 50 mg)?

My puppy, Murph, is 5 months old and has been vomiting for about 20 minutes. He has thrown up multiple times, initially with food and now more foamy. He seems lethargic and is drooling and groaning. He is a Golden Retriever and German Shorthaired Pointer mix, weighing around 30-40 lbs. He was outside before he started vomiting. What should I do?
