She has vomited twice, once with peanuts and once mostly clear with some dog food bits, and is currently drinking a lot of water. She is acting a bit woozy and trembling. What should I do?

My dog ate a grape. What should I do? My vet is closed. The dog is a 60 lb Labrador who ate about half a grape about 10 minutes ago. The dog has not vomited yet. The dog's name is Johann and he is almost 4 years old.
