My dog, Minnie, is 2 years old and has been crying, itching, and licking her private parts excessively, especially around her vulva. She is very restless and has been waking me up at night. I'm not sure if she has any allergies, but she seems to be in discomfort. What should I do to help her?

My dog, Sawyer, a 5-year-old French Bulldog, has been vomiting yellow bile in the mornings for the past week. He eats and drinks fine, but this only happens in the mornings. He is known to gag if he eats too fast but doesn't usually throw up. He is fed twice a day, in the morning and evening around 5/6 pm. Is this a cause for concern, and what should I do?
