My dog, Lilah, is lethargic for about 3 days. She is eating and using the bathroom normally, but she is laying around more than usual. She will play if someone new comes over, and there has been no shaking. She is spayed and has some mucus coming out when she sneezes, which she has done before. She has no known medical diagnosis and her weight is staying the same. What could be causing her lethargy and what should I do?

My 5-year-old Corgi was diagnosed with lymphoma and was given a course of steroids to help him live 1-2 months more. I have found another way to support him through the use of turkey tail mushroom and an antibiotic, which has improved his condition. My question is, can I use steroids with other immune support products, and if so, what happens when I combine them? Can I give him the steroid first and then the immune support after 1 or 2 hours later?
