My dog often feels sick in the mornings and doesn't eat her breakfast right away. She has been on Science Diet Sensitive Stomach for some time, and I've tried feeding her smaller, more frequent meals, but the issue persists. I have a 4-year-old 11.6 lb Cairn Terrier who has not been eating since Sunday, and has vomited once after trying to eat. He has loose stool, pink gums, and his stomach is making gurgling sounds. He has had eating issues before but only for a couple of days. Should I monitor him, and how long should I wait before taking him back to the vet?
