She has a history of licking her paws and had a seizure 3.5 years ago due to low blood sugar. What could be happening to her?

My dog, Linkin, a 6-year-old on a hydrolyzed diet and sulfasalazine, has had diarrhea for almost 24 hours after starting a new medication, Apoquel. He was on a half pill every 12 hours for 2 weeks, then changed to a quarter pill every 12 hours, which resulted in great stool for 3 days before the diarrhea started. What could be causing the diarrhea and what can I do to help him?

My dog has a persistent swelling on the nailbed that has not resolved with initial treatment. The swelling does not grow or grows very slowly. Can this be a cancerous tumor, and what are the possible diagnoses for such a swelling? Additionally, is the proposed biopsy procedure worth the risk, considering my dog's anxiety with separation?
