My dog, Ziva, a year and 8 months old, just had two poops with dark red blood today. She didn't eat anything unusual recently. What could be the cause and what should I do?

My dog, Eldi, has been vomiting and experiencing diarrhea for about 12 hours. The vomit is foamy with food in it, and there is a little grass but no blood. She ate some peanut butter yesterday and has vomited around 6 times today, but her mood was normal until she became lethargic. She has had diarrhea about 4 times today and is keeping water down. What should I do to help her?

My 10-year-old Corgi Australian Shepherd mix has been throwing up white bubbly liquid throughout the day, with a little spotting of blood once, and his poop has a light red tint. He hasn't been able to keep anything down, including water, and has been uneasy and vomiting after drinking large amounts of water. He ate some grass this morning but threw it up. What could be causing this and what should I do?
