I have a dog with atopic dermatitis and have been treating him with Celestamine for the past 2 years. However, Celestamine has been discontinued in the Philippines, and other antihistamines like Benadryl, Claritin, Loratadine, and Cetirizine have not worked. I also tried Apoquel but stopped due to its side effects. My vet suggested trying Betahistine, but I am unsure if it is safe or effective for my dog.
