Toby, a Jack Russell mix, is approximately 10 years old and has been lethargic, vomiting, and showing decreased appetite for four days. He has vomited both chunky and yellow frothy liquid, and has been panting more than usual. His paws feel warm, and he has had one bowel movement since the onset of symptoms. He has not shown any signs of pain but is clearly unwell. Could he have eaten anything unusual, and what should be done to help him?
