My dog, Remi, has vomited 8+ times in the last couple of hours and has been having diarrhea for the last few days. The vomit is white and foamy with no food in it, and the diarrhea is very dark and liquidy, almost black. Remi has been drinking water but cannot keep anything down. What could be causing this and what should I do?

We have a new lab puppy named Bella. She got her first vaccine on 12/12 and her second one on 1/3, but it didn’t all go in because she moved. Now she has diarrhea. Can I give her her second shot (number 9) again? The first shot was a number 5. She was born on 10/17.
