My dog, Remy, is frequently trying to urinate with small or no urine coming out and has blood in her urine. The blood is present throughout her urination, and there is a strong ammonia smell. Remy is a 4-year-old Pitbull and has not had urinary issues before. What could be causing this and what should I do?
