My 12-year-old Boston Terrier, Abby, has been experiencing white foam vomit, black stool with blood, and a lack of appetite since Saturday. She is also restless and confused. She has a history of heart issues and recently had chemo and radiation. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

Both of my dogs, Dallas and Reba, who are almost 1 year old, have periods where they throw up yellow, liquidy vomit a few times but then return to normal. This happens intermittently. They are currently on Purina One Healthy Puppy Food, chicken-flavored. Could their vomiting be related to their food, and should I switch it?
