My dog, Max, a 5-year-old Australian Kelpie mix, is lethargic, not eating, shaking, whining, and has his tail tucked and ears back. He was fine this morning but became unresponsive and in pain when I came home from picking up my son from school. He has been itching a lot lately, so I gave him two Benadryl tablets today (he's an 80 lb dog), and he has also been eating birdseed. He had some vomiting on Sunday but none today.
