We can physically see something on our dog's eye, it moves around when there’s enough moisture in his eye. The dog's name is Leo, he's 3 years old, and his eye has become puffy from trying to flush water and using a cotton bud to get it out. The dog has not been licking at the puffiness. What could this be and what should we do?

She normally gets carprofen 25 mg twice a day, but we are out, and our regular vet is closed. She had a very active playdate yesterday and is now having a bad day.
