My 2-year-old Chiweenie, BB, has vomited 7 times in the last 30 minutes. The first few times were with her food, but now it's white foam. She's not usually a vomiter and hasn't eaten anything unusual that I know of. She's standing looking forlorn and won't drink water. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Now, there's a small purple bruise on the nail bed and a small chip in the toenail. Her paw doesn't feel swollen or broken, but her toenail hurts her. What should I do?
