My dog suddenly started vomiting on Monday morning, had watery bloody brownish stool, and extensive salivation. She was given a shot to stop vomiting, Metronidazole, and famotidine. Despite this, she relapsed with watery bloody stool and heavy salivation. What could be causing this and what further steps should be taken?
