My puppy licked an empty chocolate Aero tub and now has diarrhea. He hasn't vomited and has eaten his food since, but not this morning. What should I do?

My dachshund, Maud, is in stage 1 labor for her first time. It started at 1:30am on Thursday morning with restlessness and anxiety. By 11am, she had pulled apart her cage and nested continuously, vomiting twice. She slept intermittently and vomited again later. Last night, she was very anxious and vomited her dinner and water this morning. She vomited yellow liquid recently. Still no puppies or signs of stage 2 labor. Is this normal?
