My Shih Tzu, Aspen, is 3 years old and recently moved from Georgia to NYC. She has become very jumpy and afraid of noises, and developed diarrhea with blood. The diarrhea started 4 days ago, initially soft with mucus and progressively worsened to plain watery with blood. I have tried a 24-hour fast with water and Pedialyte, followed by bland chicken and rice with pumpkin. Her activity level and appetite are fine, but the diarrhea persists. What can I give her to help?

She has been licking her paw for the past 4 days, which is how I discovered the sore. She is healthy, very active, and on a raw food diet.
