My dog was attacked by another dog and struck with a stick from the other dog's owner. It's been 34 hours and she hasn't gone to the bathroom. She has a cut on her leg and ear, and bite marks around her neck. She's been given Tramadol and an antibiotic. What could be wrong, and what should I do?

Should I give my dog any more supplements for her kidney disease, such as fiber, chia seeds, fish oil, CoQ10, or Azodyl? She is currently taking standard process renal support, aluminum vitamins phos-bind, and pepcid, everything twice a day. She's 68 pounds. Am I giving her too much? Between the CoQ10 and the salmon oil, which would you recommend I start her on first?

My dog, Bliss, has a lump on her chest that is about the diameter of a cheap Bic pen. The lump is completely under the surface of her skin, moves easily with the skin, but is firmly attached at the base and doesn't wiggle. She has had cysts before and also had a malignant node removed from her hind leg years ago. Is this something I need to see my vet about?
