My dog was neutered 4 days ago. He has been uncomfortable since but not too bad. I just noticed redness and tenderness of skin near his penis on his stomach. It is after hours and I have to work soon. He is urinating and defecating normally and he's not in too much discomfort. Can I wait until morning, about 12 hours, to see my vet?

Do I need to take my mini doxi to the vet if she has a reaction to a rabies vaccine? She was given Benadryl, her breathing and drinking water are okay, but her snout is swollen and she has hives on her belly.
