Our 15-year-old Beagle has been diagnosed with cancer in her lymph nodes and is currently on Tramadol for pain management. She has been restless, developed a head twitch, and has difficulty standing. How often can I increase the Tramadol dosage until we can take her to the vet in the morning, and will increasing the dosage to 25 mg every 4 to 6 hours cause suffering in a dog that will be euthanized in the morning?
